一向都好鍾意呢間餐廳,佢嘅質素一向都keep到,今次叫咗香茅牛肉撈檬 ,河內熟牛肉粉,魚餅,燒乳豬。我鍾意香茅牛肉撈檬因為鍾意有菠蘿。今次大約有五粒左右。 鍾意呢間餐廳對於香料一啲都唔吝嗇,佢畀好多香料,而且都係好新鮮。熟牛肉粉有好多香料,鍾意佢個湯好正,唔咸。一直都食開佢個魚餅,好彈牙,呢個fish cake 係冇汁配嘅,如果鍾意可以加啲魚露。今次叫咗個燒乳豬四分一,都二百蚊。 皮係非常脆,但係呢個乳豬真係好肥,有兩嚿直情係皮接著肥膏 。 肥膏比例太多 ,根本唔會食曬成嚿。手工蜆港青檸beer, 唔好飲。
