同老公慶祝周年紀念！老公就帶咗我去高級鐵板燒慶祝🥰⋯⋯原來而家年青人都好識享受😏見到隔離有兩位年青嘅伴侶💏來這間餐廳享受美食🥰💕⋯⋯又見兩位美女來享受美食🥰每個人都應該享受自己努力嘅成果！👍😏餐廳嘅師傅表現出熟練嘅動作！食材高級又新鮮！落在鐵板時，吱吱作響⋯⋯傳出嘅香氣相當吸引！New Otetsu Set D 沙律沙律非常爽脆，又新鮮⋯⋯最鍾意佢嘅西班牙蕃茄🍅好清甜！配以芥末醬汁🥰好開胃⋯⋯白松貝來自韓國嘅白松貝！口感非常爽脆！甘甜無比！廚師輕輕燒一燒，又能保留原味！非常美味！澳洲龍蝦來自西澳的龍蝦🦞肉質彈牙！剛剛從魚缸撈起的龍蝦非常新鮮！燒至半熟的狀態⋯⋯口感非常豐富！廚師留待龍蝦的蝦膏將蝦肉同炒😋😋味道又再昇華！厚切豬來自匈牙利的攣毛豬！肉質相當細膩⋯⋯在鐵板上傳來獨特嘅香氣！令人垂涎欲滴！豬肉脂肪比例均勻入口非常甘香！肉味相當濃郁！口感層次豐富！清酒煮蜆湯蜆肉相當清甜！肉質嫩滑有口感！廚師用清酒和鰹魚湯齊煮，所以湯頭非常鮮甜！雖然蜆肉係主菜，但係我覺得湯先係主菜！超甜！海膽炒飯飯粒粒粒分明！炒得非常乾身！海膽包住每一粒嘅飯粒！粒粒金黃飽滿！口感一流！加上香蔥超正😋⋯⋯雪糕海鹽雪
