Restaurant: Fat Belly Butcher & Gin House

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友介紹我大埔有間飲Gin食扒專門店,難得過開呢邊,一於去試下果然係隱世餐廳,佢個門口都有別於平時既門口,係一個鐵既大閘,真係行過左都唔知😆一入到去已經有d煙霧彌漫同聞到濃濃既烤肉味,好想食肉呀🤤係肉櫃揀左想要既肉,會再按g計算價錢的,另外仲有多款Gin可供選擇Mixed Race 呢杯係有Earl grey Infused Gin,Earl grey 味我就唔係好飲到,反而飲到藥草同藥材既味道,相信係加左vermouth,微微酒味好易入口Happy Ending (V)好似飲緊芝士奶蓋咁,面層厚厚既cream cheese form咸咸香香,混入藍莓,酸酸甜甜幾好味One Night in Bangkok呢杯好香香茅既味道,好清新,完全飲唔到酒味Classic Bake Onion Soup好正宗法式洋蔥湯既味道,洋蔥焦糖化後令到成個湯都好甜,好濃郁US Black Angus Prime Rib eye 揀左Bearnaise 汁,牛油蛋黃醬,個醬係非常濃郁既味道,但我習慣食牛扒既原汁原味,呢塊牛扒夠晒靚,唔洗汁都已經好好食,Medium rare拿捏得好好,好香炭燒味,肉質好腍,

T骨扒係有兩款肉質,一邊係tenderloin, 一邊係stripe steak,配以Red wine beef jus
Tenderloin 肉質真係無得輸,肉味濃郁又嫩,stripe steak都好食,但相對就瘦d, 有咬口d,一款扒可以試到兩個部位,好開心呀

真係要讚揚下呢度既待應,對全部肉類都非常熟悉,仲詳盡解釋卑我地聽,好informative, 不過因為食得太開心,完全忘記左用餐時間只得2小時,閒日都好多人等位,所以叫唔切甜品,有少少美中不足囉😝
