🥢無花果蟹肉沙律
呢個沙律絕對有誠意,上面舖左滿滿嘅新鮮蟹肉,而入面有唔同嘅沙律菜,仲有無花果,無花果嘅甜味與蟹肉嘅鮮味好夾,沙律醬汁恰到好處,既帶有一點甜味又有淡淡嘅酸爽

有2款選擇,有南瓜紅豆沙,綠茶cheese cake
南瓜紅豆沙滑順唔膩口,紅豆煮得啱啱好,軟而唔崩爛保留住啲紅豆嘅口感,而且仲有起沙架
綠茶cheese cake上層係綠茶cream下層係芝士蛋糕,綠茶cream濃而不膩,芝士質地細緻滑順帶出濃濃嘅奶香

🍸Sorrento" Limited Edition..
呢杯Cocktail我覺得極之好飲,啱晒我鍾意飲酸酸地清新嘅Cocktail ,Prosecco嘅氣泡清新,令整杯酒有一層輕盈嘅感覺。而St. Germain嘅花香帶出一種雅致嘅口感。Kumquat嘅微酸加入啲層次,令酒更加豐富。最特別嘅係自家製嘅Honey Lemon Juice,帶嚟淡淡嘅蜜糖香同檸檬酸度,上面有塊檸檬葉係佢哋自家種架,而且品種罕有,呢塊檸檬葉令到成杯Cocktail更加出色

🍸Roku Gin (Sakura Floral)
本身已經好中意Roku Gin隻味道,帶出一陣櫻花淡淡嘅花香,增添左日本傳統元素。而Juniper Berry嘅香氣融合其中,帶黎一層複雜而細緻嘅口感,加埋Mediterranean Tonic,令整杯酒有啲微微嘅苦味同涼爽感,平衡咗Roku Gin嘅花香
