同事好介紹,喺朗豪坊有間抵食韓燒牛肉店,今次帶埋個生胴飲食派朋友去食,讓她可以盡情吃肉。去到見到店外有個counter 調製飲品,擺放咗一啲實驗室嘅 test tubes,幾有趣,飲品可以外賣。店內裝修好新穎,cyber feel,用咗一啲燒瓶做裝飾,感覺有啲似個 lab (實驗室)。設備採用無煙燒烤爐,燒烤製造出嚟嘅煙即刻畀爐旁邊嘅吸氣位吸走,完全做到室內無煙嘅效果。牛牛板(二人份量),可以試到牛嘅七個不同部位,用一塊牛形木板盛載各款牛肉,賣相已經好吸引。七個部位包括:特級牛後腹、嚴選一口牛、特級牛小排、黑牛牛板腱、安格斯西冷、厚切牛舌及韓式牛肋條。另外點多個香蔥薄切牛舌。先吃安格斯西冷,燒到啱啱熟,好香肉味。然後係厚切牛舌,非常有口感,唔韌,喜歡吃牛舌係因為佢有獨特嘅味道,其他部位一定食唔到。再試埋個薄切牛舌比較下,呢個好快熟,更加爽口,味道冇厚切咁濃,但都值得一試。繼續燒韓式牛肋條,呢個用醬汁醃製過,牛肉質地較淋,美味。一口牛,呢個比較立體,燒嘅時候記得每一面都要燒,但不能太熟,要鎖住啲肉汁,朋友最愛這個。黑牛牛板腱,呢個未食過,燒好之後依然好juicy。點多個西班牙豬架,嘩!勁

點多個西班牙豬架,嘩!勁厚勁大件,夾落個爐度好重,燒到差唔多熟嘅時候先用較剪剪開,再燒下其他面,呢塊豬架含脂量唔低,所以越燒越香,熟透時依然充滿肉汁,豬嘅香真係好難抵擋,正!
