新開既TOP,我地都係第一次黎,原來上面有咁多野食~柞木炭家地方大,座位闊落,都幾好坐~食咗幾次日式燒牛肉,朋友提議不如試下韓式嘅燒肉啦!日式同韓式燒牛最大嘅分別就係日式就唔會用太多醃料去醃嘅,原汁原味。而韓式就會有會預先醃定,但就唔會蓋過咗牛肉嘅味道之餘仲會帶出佢嘅原味,然而突顯出咗佢嘅質感!而且韓牛仲集合咗日本和牛同安格斯牛嘅優點~點都要試試啦~職員先攞左泡菜同其他前菜黎~都幾岩我口味~月見韓牛 $120@月見韓牛係極珍貴嘅韓牛品種:貴妃韓牛較難有機會食到~今次有幸一試,仲唔gogogo!!!薄薄嘅兩塊其實都好大件!而且油花分佈平均,入口即溶 ~師傅預先調教一個醬汁;係由蛋白、蛋黃同埋秘製醬汁而成~燒牛肉之前要首先要攪勻佢!牛肉大概每邊燒五秒就已經完全熟透 將牛肉直接加落個醬汁度 醬汁味道甜甜地唔算好濃,反而蛋香就更增加咗佢牛肉質嘅滑溜感!十分高質!海膽韓牛牛小排 $228呢個正呀~職員十分有技巧咁燒牛小排~海膽就係上面乖乖坐好慢慢加熱~平時唔食海膽既我,呢度既海膽係一D都唔腥~高質~帶子海膽 $258帶子兩邊輕輕一燒,放係紫菜上面,再加上海膽~甜味加上鮮味~不錯不錯~厚切韓牛肉眼
