#AOAO 今次約了朋友在中環的一間頂樓西日fusion 酒吧食飯,餐廳設計富時代感,而且有一大片户外空間,可以望到中環的夜景🌃🔸Akagi 👍🏻赤貝刺身包住切幼的蘆筍、葱絲,加上微辣醬汁,鮮甜開胃。🔸Shredded Celtuce Salad 萵筍絲加上蘿蔔蓉浸在木魚高湯上,有小小三文魚籽點綴,本人口味覺得淡味左小小,調味可以再重小小。🔸Caramelizad Pumpkin 👍🏻呢道菜是當晚最喜歡的,蒸至軟糯的南瓜,外層包裹着薄脆的焦糖,甜而不膩。🔸Charcoal Grilled Eel 侍應好有儀式感的將木炭放在鰻魚皮上再烤,再加重魚的炭香,不過皮厚左小小 打卡一流。🔸A4 Wagyu Cutlet Charcoal Sando呢道係我期待已久想試的,,竹炭麵包住A4吉列和牛,和牛輕輕炸過,仍保留肉汁。和牛無落鹽,有小小香滑蛋黃醬調味,又出奇地夾。🔸甜品試了芝士蛋糕及紅豆大福。兩款甜品之中,芝士蛋糕質地幼滑,富芝士鹹香。大福煙韌,配紅豆蓉,比較甜。估唔到平日晚上都幾多客人黎飲野傾吓偈,想試就要早啲訂枱啦。AOAO📍中環皇后大道中38號萬年大廈14樓
