To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屋企人好鍾意食海鮮,所以今次專登搵一間專係食靚海鮮嘅餐廳。餐廳有有唔同價位嘅海鮮套餐,個人比較推介中間價位嘅尊貴海鮮套餐 $449,因為食材多數都係空運過嚟,唔係間間餐廳都可以食到。第一輪嘅海鮮拼盤就有日本野生大赤蝦、翡翠螺、大西洋野生青口、日本大元貝和韓國斧山珍珠蠔。我自己都係最鍾意大赤蝦,店員介紹佢係刺身級,所以唔使蒸到好熟,蝦身非常彈牙鮮甜。野生琵琶龍蝦店員介紹依款係每日新鮮採購,琵琶龍蝦表面有絨毛,喺上乘之選。食落比龍蝦更加鮮甜多汁。太平洋饅頭蟹唔好睇佢細細隻,綠黃色嘅膏其實非常鮮甜。野生膏仔蟹膏仔蟹就度度都有,但係來自菲律賓嘅就第一次食。食落膏身好濃郁,唔講仲以為食緊大閘蟹。食完海鮮就可以食返啲蔬菜,同埋最後精華嘅粥底,呢一餐即係健康又飽足。
