今日經過灣仔見到間日式鍋物餐廳就入左去試,材料質素極高🌟叫左兩個set,分別係A5黑毛和牛肩脊肉同埋係極上A4黑毛和牛,啲肉未食一上枱已經睇得出好高質素,肉同油脂分布平均,而家每塊都好有份量😋湯底方便揀左日式昆布上湯湯底同埋關東風壽喜燒,昆布湯較清,可以更加食得出牛肉本身嘅鮮味,而壽喜燒就濃啲,mix埋配料吸曬啲湯非常惹味而配料種類都幾多,有豆腐、菇類、蟹柳等,我地升級左一份飲做烏冬,同肉類一樣菜都好新鮮,唔會發霉變黃,食到最後仲每人附送甜品,當日款式係日式蕨餅,口感煙煙韌韌,overall大滿足😋

而配料種類都幾多,有豆腐、菇類、蟹柳等,我地升級左一份飲做烏冬,同肉類一樣菜都好新鮮,唔會發霉變黃,食到最後仲每人附送甜品,當日款式係日式蕨餅,口感煙煙韌韌,overall大滿足😋
