To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經是第6次來到這餐廳吃中午自助餐,由於實在太划算,98元在五星級酒店吃中午自助餐實在難以想像。所以已經越來越多人來這裏吃。但人數越多這裏的質素亦隨之而下降。已經再沒有頭一兩次來吃的時候那麼惊艶。所有貴價的食物亦隨之消失。哈根達斯甜筒不見了,龍蝦湯不見了,沙律配菜的三文魚也不見了。換來的衹是次一級的食物。今天餐湯從龍蝦湯換成番茄忌廉湯,甜品從哈根達斯甜筒換成雞蛋仔。沙律的配料從三文魚換成蟹肉絲。水準雖然還能保持,但超值的性價比已不在。不過這價格還是化算。而且甜品還是保持水準。
