識飲識食嘅朋友最近又找到一間壽司專門店。餐廳在銅鑼灣亨利中心,格調較高級嘅食廈,非常期待。😊餐廳設計以和式木系為主調,自然光滲透,簡潔明亮。午市時段提供各款壽司套餐,日式料理。大部份都以廚師發板,打造一連串高質壽司套餐壽司15貫🍣🍣 $538/每位15貫壽司套餐,已包括前菜、沙律、茶碗蒸、味噌湯,甜品。前菜賣相精美,牛蒡爽脆,染了紅色橋頭切片,還有醃白蘿蔔,甜甜好開胃。😋🌟鮮蘋果汁味道天然,有果蓉的蘋果汁。野菜沙律🥗柚子醋汁清新開胃茶碗蒸材料好豐富😋內有蟹肉、蝦肉、帶子、銀杏蒸蛋更是又滑又嫩👍🏻😋伊佐木白身魚肉質細緻,但並不淡口,加上師傅已掃上薄薄的醬油,味道剛好提升白身魚的鮮味。花竹蝦取自原隻烚熟嘅花竹蝦,師傅即場剝殻,保留鮮味,啖啖肉非常滿足,絕對是豪華版的熟蝦壽司。昆布漬春子鯛鯛魚味道一向較清,加上昆布漬的春子鯛令味道提升一了點。帆立貝口感厚實,味道鮮甜,灑上少許柚子鹽更突顯貝類鮮味~深海池魚配上無花果,酸蘿蔔蓉及黑松露油,味道極有層次,深海池魚本身較多魚油,吃來肥美豐腴,唔腥,是我最喜歡嘅白身魚的品種😍間八 屬章紅魚的類別,肉質有點黏滑,似魷魚嘅質地,比較特別。北寄貝炙燒過後,

滑溜溜的奶凍,甜度適中,奶香做到醇厚濃郁,有驚喜的美味!😋

總括來說,師傅擅長於運用各種唔同調味,配菜和烹調方沄去帶出每一款壽司的精粹味道,也着重唔同口味的變化,枱面完全不需要提供醬油,讓食客專注品嚐廚師的手藝。

服務同樣出色,不時添茶換碟,服務周到,令人有賓至如歸嘅感覺。🤗👍🏻
