To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一年多前誤打誤撞發現了品穀🥰🥰相見恨晚，從此變成我的最愛。每次經過都要買些回家。起初是被它的原味比高吸引，口感香氣做到無可挑剔，非常煙韌有咬口。後來發現其他包品也做得很不錯，牛角包、法棍、茶底麵團類的款式、雜糧乳酪等，都十分推薦。更主打無添加，食得安心又放心。這次回購布甸撻。$21一個。起初嫌略貴，但嚐過後只覺很值得。外層的曲奇皮，厚薄適中，入口鬆化。😍牛油香非常足夠。內餡滑溜充滿蛋香，加入雲尼拿籽，濃郁的味道，讓人着迷🤤。每當碰上出爐時間，總忍不住買幾個。唯一可挑剔，是有明顯甜度（不愛甜的人可能稍覺太甜）。但只要配上一杯黑咖啡，便是完美的下午茶了。🥰🥰
