To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向都很喜歡到銅鑼灣築地吃日本餐,因為方便、抵食而且食物高質,性價比非常高。而且,呢到有好多同朋友的回憶。這天,和媽媽在cwb行街後再次到築地吃飯。可能是因為9pm後壽司半價的關係,外面已排滿人。等了一會後就可入座了由於很久沒吃海膽的關係,點了一個三文魚海膽丼,三文魚非常厚切而且有鮮味,跟飯一流。海膽份量亦算多,而且頗香海水味很少餐廳會有這道菜- 魚肝,很懷念這種味道,所以一看到有就點了,用來送飯很好吃。牛油果和軟殼蟹都是我百吃不厭的食物,所以這個是必點的牛油果creamy,夾雜著軟殼蟹,很match,而且只是$48下次再來吃,吃半價壽司!每次到這間充滿回憶的餐廳,都會帶走更多快樂回憶。
