我好鍾意食日本菜, 鍾意日本菜賣相精緻, 好食又夠新鮮講到新鮮, 搜集左資料知道有間日本餐廳好正, 可以即燒生猛海產, 一於帶老公去食, 止下癮, 因為有排都未去到日本旅行就係呢間焱丸水產, 尖沙咀同銅鑼灣都有分店, 但我地揀左黎銅鑼灣, 因為要順便去SOGO thankful week入到去, 餐廳格局好有日本風估唔到都幾多人, 好彩我地黎到都仲有位隔離枱係日本人, 佢地同侍應溝通毫無問題, 因為有侍應識講流利日本, 好PRO~每枱都放左個浜燒既爐具坐低後, 研究下Menu食咩好,  選擇好多, 圖文並茂, 好易睇, 令人睇得好舒服除左一早諗好要食浜燒外, 亦揀好左其他食咩要左個焱丸海鮮沙律, 材料豐富, 比我想像中既多沙律包括魚生, 三文魚, 吞拿魚, 北寄貝等, 混入沙律菜, 口感清新但發現沙律無醬汁調配, 另外自己點魚生醬油食, 沙律要盡快食, 因為多沙律菜, 會比較容易出水原本揀好左要咩刺身, 侍應推介左口魚刺身, 係而家時令魚, 既然時間咁夾, 就試下佢, 順便要埋甜蝦刺身 左口魚刺身精瑩通透, 肉質柔軟, 帶少少爽口, 無雪味, 左口魚本身味道較淡, 但都食到絲絲甜味,

但發現沙律無醬汁調配, 另外自己點魚生醬油食, 
沙律要盡快食, 因為多沙律菜, 會比較容易出水

原本揀好左要咩刺身, 侍應推介左口魚刺身, 係而家時令魚, 既然時間咁夾, 就試下佢, 順便要埋甜蝦刺身 
左口魚刺身精瑩通透, 肉質柔軟, 帶少少爽口, 無雪味, 左口魚本身味道較淡, 但都食到絲絲甜味, 可以點埋旁邊既酸酸地既汁, 而唔係點日式豉油架

松葉蟹蓋裝住既蟹膏超多, 肯定唔只一隻蟹, 起碼4-5 隻, 加上蟹肉, 蟹籽, 鵪鶉蛋
侍應好好人, 俾我地打完卡之後, 仲主動幫我地燒, 一邊講解下要點樣燒個蟹味噌甲蟹燒, 先將鵪鶉蛋倒落去, 將所有材料攪勻, 燒大約十分鐘, 直到蟹籽變白色, 就可以食得, 一路燒, 蟹膏香味飄埋黎, 好正~
平時食蟹膏份量好少, 難得可以大大匙蟹膏放入味, 好正
如果覺得蟹膏味道太濃, 可以加上青瓜絲, 中和返油膩, 不過我就無用到, 就係鍾意夠濃烈既味道

而另一邊既新鮮飽魚好生猛好恩愛, 硬係要黐埋一齊, 侍應亦好細心將飽魚清埋內臟
鮑魚非常彈牙爽口, 加上少少鹽食, 完全食到鮑魚既鮮甜味

芝士魚蛋真係自己燒啦, 
其實日本好多魚丸, 獅子狗等都鍾意塞滿芝士, 係吉之島都有得賣, 但個D 芝士多數好淡味

最後要番個飽肚o既泡菜黑豚肉鍋
黑豚肉肉味幾濃, 鍋底仲有D 日式粉絲, 吸哂味湯既精華
本身湯底已經夠味, 不過豚肉鍋係另外配埋韓式辣汁同泡菜, D辣汁其實唔係好辣, 可以掉埋落鍋一齊煮, 味道更好
