頭盤係 花雕溏心蛋配紅魚子 ,清香酒味,刺激味蕾。Main叫咗三個,威靈頓牛柳,普羅旺斯燉菜,牧羊人批先係牧羊人批,入面有南瓜茄子,面頭嘅薯蓉好香。之後個威靈頓牛柳都好好食,素肉加上佢個汁,而且酥皮都好脆好軟,由於食過唔係素嘅,食完呢個更加覺得個味做得好似!出色呀!而且份量來嚟,3-5人都ok,出面正常嘅份量真係好大舊。食唔曬仲浪費咗。最後係普羅旺斯燉菜,味道淡淡哋,一定要配埋佢個sauce,有少少薰衣草香,淡淡哋嘅,呢個就三個之中比較淡味,會覺得更健康。後來朋友們見到隔離有蒜茸包食,嗌多咗個 瑪莎曼咖喱 ,佢真係好吸引,個咖哩加咗桂皮 八角 腰果 ,成盤勁多汁,蒜茸包蘸佢個咖哩汁!勁好食! (Sorry吓我除咗好食 都已經冇形容詞了) 大家真係要去感受下,用心製造嘅素菜。最後嗌咗兩款甜品:無蛋嘅燉蛋 同埋 千層酥。 外貌做到似是基本,佢個焦糖燉蛋嘅味道會食到少少香蕉蓉,有啲朋友話食到有椰香,而千層酥就做到好脆!
