To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

響中上環行嚟行去， 行行吓經過海膽屋 之前已經想約friend一齊去， 但係佢好唔得閒， 但係我呢日有緣經過， 點都睇吓佢有幾巴閉， 叫自己做海膽屋我入到去，見到佢成塊牆都係刺身， 真係花多眼亂， 好難揀 既然係咁我就集中睇料理長推介嗰堆， 再揀~ 嚟到就緊係揀海膽嘅set啦，我最後揀咗一板馬糞海膽+3 隻阿根廷大蝦飯， 佢真係新鮮， 即叫即整， pack到靚靚咁俾我~ 我好心急想快d返屋企食呀一打開，d刺身豐富到完全睇唔到d飯~ 超級大隻蝦蝦蝦蝦蝦呀呀呀呀呀 正到不得了， d海膽都好好食， 我下次要試吓佢嘅加拿大海膽先得
