To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 多款天婦羅🍤都係我嘅心水!海蝦同野菜天婦羅都good~粉漿適中入口輕脆,嗰日有粟米芯天婦羅,口感獨特又清甜。

而冷盤我鍾意日式烤牛肉配柚子汁,薄片牛肉入口帶有柚子香,清爽開胃。另外有多款好新鮮嘅沙律菜~

燒物有幾款🥳覺得必點鹽燒宮崎雞翼👍🏼雞皮燒得超輕脆~皮脆肉嫩又惹味。另外,宮崎特產黑豚香腸又唔錯👍🏼外皮香脆味濃多汁。

松葉蟹肉茶碗蒸💗蟹肉豐富~十分鮮味,滑嫩有蛋香~個人很喜歡。

我哋當日揀咗「日本和牛稻庭風烏冬」&「迷你香蔥碎吞拿魚腩丼」~兩款都正!尤其鍾意日本和牛稻庭風烏冬,和牛超柔嫩💗有油脂甘香,湯頭充滿鮮味。而吞拿魚腩丼賣相靚~口感綿滑。
