To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於嚟到聞名不如見面嘅大班樓久仰久仰😆 一嘗做大班嘅感覺😂大概兩個月前book 我話是但一日最快有位,就book到端午節呢一日都算好彩☺️聽講話而家book嗰啲就要等到下年一場嚟到呢個全亞洲排名第一嘅餐廳(頭50名)點都要試吓啲特色野,所以我留咗幾個餸,係會貴少少,不過第一次嚟,而且咁難先book到位,覺得應該食啲特別啲嘅,出邊食唔到嘅嘢,有啲特色餸菜係要去之前WhatsApp佢哋留嘅,所以就叫咗以下呢啲。- 雞油花雕花蟹配陳村粉,$850- 剁椒龍躉魚頭,$880- 蟹肉蒸糯米飯$960- 乳鴿$168我去之前就留咗上面嗰啲餸菜去到之後再叫咗- 話梅肉桂糖醋排骨- 臭豆腐- 白粥 (佢嘅白粥好綿好正)招牌菜花雕蟹配陳村粉真係好好食,都算幾驚為天人,花雕酒好香,完全冇苦澀味,呢個汁加埋陳村粉真係一絕,呢個真係必叫。仲有呢個剁椒龍躉魚頭,餐牌上邊冇嘅,我嘅好識食嘅foodie 網友 @justatinhaufoodie 推介我,果然冇介紹錯,😋龍躉魚頭半個份量都好多,感覺到好多骨膠原😂剁椒整成嘅汁有啲川菜味道,但係又唔係好辣,叫咗個白粥撈埋個汁真係好正,不過我本人就覺得可以再辣少少同埋再濃

招牌菜花雕蟹配陳村粉真係好好食,都算幾驚為天人,花雕酒好香,完全冇苦澀味,呢個汁加埋陳村粉真係一絕,呢個真係必叫。
仲有呢個剁椒龍躉魚頭,餐牌上邊冇嘅,我嘅好識食嘅foodie 網友 @justatinhaufoodie 推介我,果然冇介紹錯,😋龍躉魚頭半個份量都好多,感覺到好多骨膠原😂剁椒整成嘅汁有啲川菜味道,但係又唔係好辣,叫咗個白粥撈埋個汁真係好正,不過我本人就覺得可以再辣少少同埋再濃味d.
櫻花蝦蟹肉糯米飯,呢個都係off menu菜式,見到有其他foodie推介好吸引,如果未試過又唔介意價錢,幾值得試吓,佢整得好好食,好多蟹肉,唔算好油膩,份量好多,我再加埋個魚嘅剁椒汁更加㘃味,不過就真係貴咗少少,同埋始終糯米飯食完覺得好飽好滯,所以下次就未必會揀佢,可能寧願揀返普通炒飯,因為見到隔離枱食都好似好正😆
乳鴿我就覺得普通啦,好重煙熏味,都好食嘅,不過就冇咁特別。
臭豆腐好香脆可口,正常發揮,不過我都係鍾意街邊嗰隻風味多啲,呢個就唔係好臭😂
話梅骨炸得好酥脆,味道香甜,如果覺得爭咁個肉都可以叫。
最後我加咗杞子雪糕做甜品,好重奶味,所以我覺得好好食。
因為叫咗幾個比較貴嘅餸,所以四個人食最後每人大概$1000,以呢啲菜式同埋質素,份量來講我覺得可以接受。(糯米飯仲打包添🕺🏼)
不過平有平叫,如果唔想食咁貴,可以照叫嗰隻必食蟹,然後其他餸就可以叫啲家常小菜,應該$500-$700 左右一位都做到。

整體來講,大班樓係高質嘅,服務真係好好,全部店員都好有善細心,同埋好專業。
呢一餐好滿足,冇令我失望。
不過我覺得講到話亞洲第一又有少少誇張。可能因為我自己始終唔係最鍾意食中餐,所以我冇覺得好食到人仰馬翻嗰隻感覺😂
不過確實係值得一試。
希望想試吓嘅你都book到位啦☺️
