To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然晚市堂食停了,但是不會能夠阻止我對食的要求。今次小編又去荃灣附近的餐廳一試,同行朋友叫了個雞肉漢堡,我選了Meat Lover。朋友的雞肉漢堡麵包鬆軟,其實吃起來比想像中還要大,所以只是吃了整個漢堡便十分飽了,不過漢堡沒有配上薯條或沙律,感覺總是有點不足。不過炸得十分鬆脆有肉汁,加上沙律菜夠fresh完全滿足。誰不知我的竹炭麵包比你的臉還要大,鹿兒島豬扒十分大件,如果女士可能半份已經無位置吃其他東西,吉烈豬扒,不會很韌,但麵包真的有點大,我也吃不完,但紅椰菜等令麵更感層次,配合是拉差醬汁,十分惹味。最後,友人點了mango clitoria soda說是女士最愛的蝶豆花,黃色的芒果加紫色的蝶豆花最適合打卡。我就選了chill tea既super fruit果香十足,冰裡還有食用花欣賞,加上檸檬點綴酸酸甜甜。
