朋友一直好想試呢間意大利fine dining，呢日放假一於同佢試吓！Cheese selection with homemade compote有三款唔同嘅芝士，夾埋脆餅由淡至濃咁試幾特別又幾好食！芝士控表示滿足！Scampi Carpaccio(Oscietra caviar, sea urchin and citrus cream)呢個頭盤勁靚！蝦肉好清甜彈牙～夾埋魚子醬同海膽鮮味更加突出！勁好食！Sea Urchin Trenette with shellfish jus and seaweed擺盤同樣勁精緻，海膽好鮮甜同creamy！意粉醬汁比較杰身所以好掛汁～意粉口感都好好！al dente🤣！Overall真係好高質🫡🫶🏻必試！
