To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

為了慶祝家人生日，於是訂咗cafe 103 既 lunch buffet ，因為D朋友食過都話掂 👍🏻 我 11:50 分到達，好快就安排入坐，馬上出擊！首先專攻刺身，雖然刺身只有三款，但勝在夠新鮮 😋 之後就試試凍🦐和蟹腳，D凍🦐好彈牙，不過蟹腳就咸咗D ！跟住就攞熟食，有燒牛肉，燒豬柳，松露炒蝦仁等，款式唔算多但有質素和味道不錯，特別介紹～～南乳豬手，又夠焾又入味，配麵食就頂呱呱 😆！重頭戲甜品出場，cafe 103 既甜品出名款式多又高貴，老實講我未見過咁多甜品款式既lunch buffet (可能我大鄉里 😅），果然名不虛傳，連 macaroon 都有，我飽到頂住個胃 😆 最後酒店送上生日甜品作為慶祝（記住訂枱時要求），一家人食得好滿足 😊
