銅鑼灣開平道嘅CUBUS樓上有好多靚餐廳,多數都係好高質。 今日同朋友嚟到六樓嘅花貝日本料理食午餐,一出𨋢就見到大大棵聖誕樹,同埋好靚嘅日式箱房。右邊就係卡位同壽司吧枱,加上陽光由玻璃窗透入,格外顯得高雅舒適。同朋友選擇坐吧枱,可以睇住師傅整嘢食,係開心嘅!想食最時令嘅食材,我揀咗omakase餐, Momiji $488一位。  前菜(三點盛)三款冷盤前菜:黑豆配芝麻豆腐、番茄牛油果、鮟鱇魚肝擺放別緻,由淡味開始食到濃味,味道唔錯。 握り壽司(五貫)間八係頂級壽司食材,一般要食omakase先有機會食到,非常鮮味。文甲係魷魚嘅一種,肉質爽脆又帶點膠質伊佐木加咗啲薑同蔥提味,魚肉彈牙吞拿魚背鮮紅色,油脂少,我都係鍾意腩位多啲甜蝦肉質細綿嫩滑卷物冬瓜乾卷用紫菜包住,味道無乜特別。燒物鴨胸,好肥美,皮同肉之間有一層厚厚脂肪,食嗰時有好多油份咇出嚟,油香泗溢。揚物 大蝦、南瓜同椒仔,炸得幾乾身,大蝦固然好食,南瓜更出色。主食揀咗魚麵,爽滑彈牙,麵身幼方便掛湯,好好食!甜品有黑糖同豆腐雪糕,兩款都叫咗,味道清清地又唔會太甜。美好一天由美食開始~~
