呢間係銅鑼灣嘅Omakase店鮨本,評價都唔錯,今晚同朋友有機會嚟試到兩位年輕師傅嘅手勢。又真係幾好喎!餐廳環境乾淨企理,得12個位,同一般鮨店差唔多。omakase價位$1280, 有5品小菜,壽司10貫,玉子燒,湯同甜品,算抵食👍🏻小菜方面,佢嘅鹽燒平貝令我印象非常深刻!好大件平貝,包住紫菜食,啖啖肉啖啖鮮味,好高質👍🏻👍🏻壽司嘅舍利酸度適中,飯唔散,估唔到師傅年紀輕輕,但係呃壽司嘅技術咁好咁成熟👍🏻👍🏻 佢哋嘅食材當然係每日新鮮運到,全部都好鮮味,尤其係個海膽,超新鮮超甜!而且刀工非常好,刺身厚切,唔使驚食唔夠🤣 服務方面,兩位師傅都非常了解嗰日嘅食材,幫我哋好仔細介紹每一食物,非常親切有禮,大家仲可以叫返Sake同師傅一齊飲杯添!總括嚟講今餐嘅用餐體驗非常滿意,值得推介大家嚟試吓👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
