臨近新年,又有藉口吃好喝好🤭順便跟朋友提早團個年~今晚朋友帶我來到在荔枝角D2 Place的日本料理吃omakase,網上訂位有9折,人均一千左右🌟朋友表示這家餐廳是他近期吃過最高質的日本菜😍阿婆也當然很滿意啦♥️一人份的omakase套餐包括了前菜、5款時令刺身、5款壽司、茶碗蒸、時令海鮮丼、煮物、湯品和甜點🌟所有菜品款式都是根據當季當造的海鮮和食材來製作,所以每次來用餐都會有不一樣的體驗♥️今晚5款的時令刺身分別是右口魚、日本象拔蚌、鰆魚、拖羅和鮟鱇魚肝🌟右口魚的厚切魚裙邊鮮甜爽口♥️鰆魚經過輕微灸燒,外皮微脆魚肉鮮美拖羅鮮甜軟滑♥️鮟鱇魚肝深得阿婆心😍用慢煮的方法烹調再配上酸汁,入口即化口感細滑綿密🔥魚香味濃郁,搭配的酸爽酸汁很巧妙地抵消了原本魚肝厚重的油膩感♥️真的非常好吃😍5款手握壽司分吃是獅魚、白蝦、黑陸魚、馬糞海膽和穴子🌟經昆布醃製的白蝦壽司,口感像mouse一樣軟綿細密♥️黑陸魚壽司也是炙燒款,濃郁的鮮味細密的魚肉口感,表示喜歡♥️馬糞海膽壽司分別是使用兩個牌子的海膽一款甜美一款濃郁,加起來味道剛剛好🌟而且份量給好給滿🤣朋友表示真的愛了😂主食方面今晚是吞拿魚蓉加小帶子海鮮丼🌟淋上些許
