To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同事生日,大家一齊慶祝十里洋場的盤菜就有吃過,但入內用膳真是第一次。餐廳的裝潢非常高檔,一進去要穿過暗暗的隧道,其實也是餐廳卡座,但刻意裝成昏暗的環境再加上復古枱燈,有點回到七八十年代舊上海舞廳一樣穿過時光隧道回到了光亮的大廳,裝潢佈置都很典雅。👆🏻影相自動調光了~現在還有大閘蟹套餐可供選擇~但大家都覺得散叫可試多一點菜式先吃吃前菜,搞瓜、雲耳跟萵荀都很好吃同事特別喜歡的水晶肴肉賣相好好看味道還不錯~蜜餞脆膳很脆!醬是甜甜酸酸,特別像咕嚕肉好吃!醉雞不會醉啦~雞有嫩,雞皮都滑進口裡好香哦!這道黑松露珍珠燻糖心蛋,單單是照片是看不出韻味,因為上桌時是用蓋蓋住的,打開後有煙飄散香,一股股煙燻的味道散開來蠻上頭的🤣糖心蛋的蛋黃是流心,蛋白是因為燻過所以變得QQ爽爽的很好吃!十里鮑魚荷菜飯很足料!唯一缺點便是米飯很點煮爛了,不是吃起來能夠顆粒顆粒的小籠包皮薄肉餡味道好!喜歡豆豆的人舉手還有竹筍,沒有榨的最後是香蜜火方,小妹有一次聽第一次吃!用刈包包著金華火腿、炸腐皮及香蜜蓮子吃真沒想到是如此好吃!真會愛上!!小好很怕火華火腿那種油膩臊味跟太咸的感覺!但這個完完全全沒有,火腿吃起來有點似豬肉乾,

真沒想到是如此好吃!
真會愛上!!
小好很怕火華火腿那種油膩臊味跟太咸的感覺!但這個完完全全沒有,火腿吃起來有點似豬肉乾,一絲一絲的,微咸
而且搭了刈巴、炸腐皮跟香蜜蓮子,甜甜咸咸也有不同口感!真的很特別很好吃

十里洋場很好~很多份量定為4人份的都可以另外加位數,不必叫兩倍的餐點

一定會再光顧
