To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於海洋公園Fullerton Hotel 內的中菜, 裝修設計選用酸枝, 古色古香書卷味，見門口放了一件「玉」擺設，就係餐廳的名字。打開餐牌第一頁全部都係茗茶，如果喜歡飲茶嘅人士呢度一定好適合你，就算一個簡單嘅香片，侍應一倒茶，香氣撲人，經理再介紹一款叫「甜蜜回憶」花茶，桂花香又香甜，再混合其他，我認為必選之一。前菜有蝦多士，一向喜歡懷舊菜的我，多士香脆蝦肉鮮味。海蜇頭，爽口，略嫌味道偏淡。子薑皮蛋鴨玉卷，清新開胃。主菜有龍井黑糖茶燻雞，燻香味道，雞肉嫩滑。草本燒汁炆牛尾，牛尾吸收燒汁，炆得剛剛好，好滋味。米湯瑤柱浸菠菜苗，芡汁打得好，菠菜苗幼嫩，湯汁味濃。甜品芒果糯米糍及西米粟蓉焗布甸，食埋個甜品完美的句號。日間會見到無敵大海景，都係餐廳特色之一。
