Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日特登約三個朋友去呢間日式餐廳,我哋大約七點鐘到,餐廳已經好多客人,入到去古色古香,裝修別緻,燈光暗暗地覺得好舒服。原來呢間餐廳係高級居酒屋日式料理,好有氣氛 餐牌嘅日本料理菜式好多,我哋就叫咗唔同食物1)芝士玉子燒-芝士有流心效果,味道濃郁,蛋香滑又厚2)刺身沙律及雞軟骨-好足料-蒟蒻口感豐富,大大塊沙律菜,雞軟骨亦好爽口3)刺身拼盤-來自日本空運過來嘅刺身, 食到淡淡嘅魚鮮味4)海膽吞拿魚蓉壽司-口感豐富,令我哋好陶醉5)串燒雜錦-唔同嘅串燒都有佢哋嘅特色,焦香美味,外脆內軟,最喜愛就係明太子雞肉6)日式豆腐湯及海膽炒飯-豆腐湯清新嘅味道,配上菇同菜,味道濃郁但好健康,炒飯份量好足,有海膽嘅香氣,好回味!一遊係香港高質嘅日式居酒屋餐廳,食物上枱時,職員會解釋食物嘅由來同煮法,令人一試難忘!
