今天跟同事一起到這家小店共晉晚餐,店子不大,所以一定要提前預訂。店員推介下點了以下食物:這個是這裏的招牌菜,再凍豆腐上放上小鹹魚,最適合等待朋友時用來下酒的小食!這個非常好吃,燒雞肉配上蛋黃汁,蛋黃汁還可留來蘸其他菜式,令口感更滑!這個日式紫菜蛋捲比較清淡,配上剩下的蛋黃汁蘸着吃,味道更佳!沖繩最出名的當然是石垣黃牛啦!這是Off Menu的!謝謝店員的誠意推介!燒秋刀魚就食得多,今天第一次試秋刀魚刺身,配上一些薑絲吃,一點也沒有腥味,不錯!刺身拼盤,本來應該有五種,但其中一份售罄只剩下四款,當中最好吃的就是牡丹蝦!另一沖繩招牌菜,豬肉炒豆腐,不吃苦瓜的人可試這道!燒牛舌,很好吃!燒海膽及三文魚子飯團,主食之選!因為東西太好吃,臨走前追加了一份燒牛舌和燒淮山,十分香口,為這晚飯劃上一個圓滿的句號。
