Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 印尼四大天王飯 $78(轉班蘭飯 +$15)成個餐單都好吸引,令我選擇困難症,最後就叫咗四大天王飯,可以一次過試勻店鋪皇牌白切雞丶巴東牛肉丶沙甸魚丶同加多加多沙律。個白切雞真係好滑嫩,難怪係皇牌食物,番茄沙甸魚有少少辣,夠晒印尼風味。班蘭飯有少少斑蘭香氣,帶鹹味,單食都好好味。四樣配菜都好足料,個飯又大份,絕對對得住價錢。燒牛仔骨花膠湯粉皮 $88本來覺得花膠湯比較中式,貪得意叫下,估唔到個湯底咁出色,濃郁的雞湯,食到蟲草花的味道,絕對唔係味精湯。湯裡面真係有大大塊花膠,真材實料。燒牛仔骨醬汁微甜,肉質軟嫩,好juicy。羊肉沙爹 $58見到串燒點可以唔order,我同友人最鍾意騷騷的羊肉,串燒表面有一層醬汁,入口軟嫩,先食到沙爹醬的花生味,食到後面羊肉騷味先慢慢出黎,好有層次。印尼咖啡涼粉冰 $30 & 綠豆冰 $28兩杯飲品都可以選擇少甜,好貼心。印尼咖啡涼粉冰咖啡味濃,陪上滑溜溜的涼粉,好過癮。紅豆冰飲得多,原來綠豆冰都好正!
