To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友約食Omakase,今次揀咗位於尖沙咀中心地帶嘅鮨燐。店舖門口放滿各款日本酒做擺設,店內裝修清雅,感覺寧靜而舒適。我哋揀咗壽司🍣14貫定食。前菜 :🥗沙律菜配日式柚子醋,酸酸地,胃口大開。茶碗蒸:口感鮮嫩滑溜,味道清淡鮮美。🍣14貫:蜜柑鯛:以蜜柑成份魚糧餵飼的鯛魚,肉質鮮美,清新可口。深海池魚:口感清爽,魚味甘甜。間白魚:魚味濃郁,肉質柔軟,且帶有彈性,上面加了三升漬麵豉醬,味道更豐富。平目魚 : 經炙燒後,油脂出晒嚟,味道更濃厚。池魚細切:池魚切成細長薄片,加入蔥花,魚味濃厚,爽甜。牡丹蝦:入口散發濃郁的甘甜滋味。北海道帆立貝 :肉質厚實肥美,口感爽脆鮮甜。活亦貝:爽口彈牙又鮮甜,加了少少柚子汁,味道更加清新。金目鯛 :肉質細膩,有口感,鮮甜美味。吃起來鹹中帶甘甜。中拖羅 :油分恰到好處而無筋,入口即融,魚味濃厚。梭子魚 :經過柚痷燒製作後的梭子魚,魚皮香脆,肉質幼嫩鮮甜,油脂恰當,口感豐富。BB銀雪魚 : 肉質鮮嫩,油份十足。北海道馬糞海膽 :濃厚甘甜,極鮮味美,我嘅至愛👍鯖魚 :炙燒後的鯖魚味道濃厚,配上白昆布和紫菜,十分美味😋最後還有驚喜😊素麵 :鰹魚湯底,加少許昆布海苔
