放工後想搵間居酒屋食吓串燒飲下酒，同朋友去咗尖沙咀鳥鑫。其實好耐之前都去過鳥鑫，覺得食物質素高，價錢合理，而且個vibe 唔錯，所以今次就特登帶朋友過嚟試下！先送上野菜條，估唔到有爽甜嘅雪梨條，配麵豉醬鹹鹹甜甜，味道意想不到地夾！雞全翼雞皮燒得焦脆，雞肉肉質結實，燒完仲保持嫩滑。免治雞肉棒用日本蘭皇雞蛋，蛋香特別濃郁。免治雞肉棒表面燶咗少少，不過可能加佐少許軟骨，所以食起來多咗爽脆嘅口感。白鱔白鱔皮燒到脆卜卜，肉質彈牙！和牛橫隔肌和牛橫隔肌燒至五成熟，肉質嫩滑，肉味突出，推薦！點咗兩杯酒，價錢都好合理！
