To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城真係好多嘢食,除咗泰國菜之外,去到九龍城廣場酒上面,見到有一間酒家,門口仲有很多擺設非常靚去酒樓好少食燒雞翼,但是這間酒樓的燒雞翼真的非常好食,燒到雞翼皮非常脆,一啖咬下一邊有些雞汁滲出來,熱辣辣,好明顯是剛剛新鮮燒起來,一碟有四隻👍🏻小籠包一定要趁熱食,耐左啲皮就會硬,小籠包入面有些湯汁,非常濃郁的肉味,而且肉的份量也相當多,很大粒👍🏻最近我這碟是鵝掌, 有Wasabi味道,聽落似很奇怪,但是食落好特別, 我都是第一次食😬
