A5級嘅和牛,油脂分布會比較多,肉色呈粉紅色~店員會推薦煎得熟少少同埋先食A5級和牛再食A3,佢哋仲會好細心幫我地用和牛油煎香隻鑊,再將牛肉一塊塊咁煎,上碟俾我地用餐🍽

和牛食落油脂味極香,嫩滑嘅肉質更有種入口即溶嘅感覺。再配上餐廳特登係日本引入,同蘭王同級數生雞蛋,嫩滑程度更上一層樓😋男友表示冇得彈

A3級數嘅和牛,顏色較紅潤,油脂分泌明顯比A5級少,但店員有講解呢隻牛肉係食佢種牛味,而且唔洗煎得太熟,略生更會食得出佢種牛香味😻

店員建議我地先食抹茶蕨餅,和菓子,最後先食紅豆,咁個甜度就可一級一級上❤️蕨餅食落煙韌,幾香抹茶味;和菓子上面都有片食用花瓣,幾好食😋而最後嘅十勝紅豆甜度十足,好滿足!另外仲有杯掛川茶,飲落甘甜,可一解成餐嘅膩感

餐廳除左食物高質,店員服務態度都十分好,每種食物都會講解清楚,係一個好好嘅用餐體驗,有機會都會再黎用餐(✽´ཫ`✽)
