Gyutan Toku 👅極上牛舌定食(1倍)🐮👅$178用上最少三日熟成牛舌,去除牛酥味之餘亦都加強牛味!💓全部嘅牛舌都係用牛舌心厚切2厘米,結實之餘有脂肪感,但完全唔油膩💯💯店員好熱心介紹好多唔同食法,包括點醬汁鹽燒同點柚子鹽等等,我自己就比較鍾意點柚子鹽,因為吊出牛味之餘,仲帶出少少甜味💓💓✅一個定食入面已經包埋茶碗蒸、小鉢、漬物、味噌湯!非常豐富😆😆 定食個飯可以轉烏冬或者沙律,非常貼心!💓照燒雞排定食$108🐔雞扒起骨再燒,燒到皮脆肉香,加上有燒汁加持,簡直係一件接一件咁食。另外佢哋嘅烏冬都好好食,爽滑彈牙,又唔會太過煙靭!平時好少可以食到咁有質素嘅照燒雞定食,around $100左右就可以食到咁嘅質素,個人覺得都算幾抵!💓💓鹽燒大蔥 🍢$18醬燒加上木魚碎,我食出有「肉」味,加上外層燒到收水,中間濃縮左蔥味!汁燒雞肝 🐥$28選用日本福岡,華味雞肝,係刺身級別,所以唔需要全熟都可以放心食。正正因為唔需要全熟,個雞肝唔會乾晒,中間保持濕潤,都保留好香雞味!✅✅High Ball🥃 $68岩岩既定食同埋串燒,最啱就係配返一杯high ball😆🥃烏龍茶 $18
