第一次嘗試日本巴西 fusion 菜,比較少有,餐廳裝修好靚,帶有日本與巴西的獨特風情同浪漫既氣氛,個 vibe 好好。地方亦夠大,座位好舒適。油甘魚刺身、鹽糀虎乳汁 ($170)油甘魚鮮甜肥美,足足有8大片,配上亞馬遜鹽糀虎乳汁,食落酸酸甜甜好清新開胃。巴西炸木薯芝士粒配辣芒果醬 ($90)外層口感酥脆,內裡芝士煙韌有咬口。配上辛辣芒果醬,增添左層次感,可以感受到巴西既風情。當然唔點醬亦可以,更加食得出濃郁既芝士味道。手握壽司精選 ($130)今晚有吞拿魚山椒、帶子配海膽泡沫同煙燻鴨壽司,每款都精心製作,完完全全帶出日本巴西既fusion慨念。我特別喜歡帶子配海膽泡沫壽司,帶子同海膽泡沫既組合充滿住豐富同獨特既口感。炭燒肉眼扒 (300g) 配紫蘇青醬、烤蕃薯、木薯 ($340)牛扒份量比較大,叫左 medium rare,上菜真係岩岩好,唔會 overcook,底部亦傳來陣陣炭燒味。牛扒肉味比較重,肉質相對嫩滑結實,配合甜甜既烤薯,既飽肚又健康。非常值得 revisit 既餐廳,無論 weekend chill定閒日晚飯,都可以滿足倒。
