之前同朋友食過Sunday Brunch,感覺唔錯,於是決定帶屋企人嚟食,搞下新意思,唔好成日食中餐飲茶咁悶。當然會有家人覺得唔方便,中環SOHO區唔係個個鍾意,諗住試下無壞,可惜屋企人就話地點好唔好。呢間Uma Nota環境真係唔錯,今次食完第二次都覺得冇特別跌Watt,剩係幾個前菜可以任食,都覺得值回票價,似乎更適合同朋友食。前菜有幾個, 池魚用上唐辛子墨西哥辣椒虎乳汁,加上芫荽油,個種異國風情絕對令人開胃。青口、巴西油醋汁、青辣椒汁,以日系做海鮮嘅手法,加上巴西嘅醬汁,清新同濃烈交錯,當然令人難忘嘅係個巴西油醋汁,好襯青口。木薯芝士粒配甜辣醬係當地嘅街頭小吃,記得上次嚟食嘅時候都冇呢個小食,大推。味噌茄子、腰果、羊乳酪係類似地中海嘅做法,又係令人開胃嘅前奏,前菜任食 ,基本上全來多一round。主菜有四個選擇,選了香燒春雞,新薯青醬,同雞件上嘅蕃茄整體都好夾,相信呢個如果襯意粉應該好好食。另外就算加錢也要點炭烤草飼牛西冷、烤粟米、香蒜木薯,巴西做牛最叻,可惜今日用上的不是南美的牛,少了一點草原的感覺是日甜品同飲品都係強烈的南美風,而又有日本人的細緻,整體感覺同第一次食分別不大,以$388一位的價錢,絕對可能一試。 continue reading

Uma Nota係我嘅愛店BEDU嘅姐妹店去過BEDU好幾次,卻遲遲未到訪Uma Nota餐廳位置喺中環荷李活道與卑利街轉角位店面隔離有一大幅壁畫,係中上環打卡熱點之一幅壁畫係Elsa Jeandedieu與Uma Nota合作嘅作品成功吸引遊客打卡,門外人潮絡繹不絕呢間Uma Nota係食巴西日本fusion菜嘅boteco🇧🇷🇯🇵香港主打巴西日本fusion菜嘅餐廳真係唔多而Boteco一詞源自葡萄牙語「小酒吧」嘅意思老闆引入boteco概念到香港,氣氛真係好有外國vibe食客以外藉人士居多,大家都同朋友聚會邊飲酒食嘢邊傾計𑁍 Weekend Brunch $358p.p.𑁍總共5個courses, 3個starters for sharing + 2個mains + 甜品仲包埋1 hour Free Flow🥂 任飲prosecco、紅白酒、啤酒𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬✦ Salmon Tiradito三文魚刺身新鮮軟滑,伴以芒果莎莎清爽開胃😙一試個汁覺得好似日式甜豉油原來係用上柚子醬汁,好有日本風味✦ Grilled Baby Corn炭烤玉米荀爽脆甜美,灑上山葵飯素、辣蛋黃醬再配上巴馬臣芝士碎,超級惹味香口令人食唔停好邪惡呀!配冰凍啤酒一流😉✦ Chicken Okonomiyai呢道炸雞上加咗炸豬排醬、蛋黃醬及木魚碎調味令我諗起章魚燒😛 炸雞連皮炸得香脆,炸漿好薄身唔厚粉👌🏻𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧✦ Grilled Chicken呢道煙燻辣椒乾醃香雞唔算好辣,雞肉腍滑緊緻表面微微焦香,焦糖化嘅醬汁透出微辣味道伴碟嘅粟米忌廉好似有奶味嘅粟米濃湯咁加咗粟米忌廉令道菜變得日本咗👀✦ Ipanema Baby Back Ribs經慢烤過嘅豬肋排軟腍入味切起嚟毫不費力,做到骨肉分離,好容易抽出條骨豬肋排上有層厚厚嘅菠蘿燒烤醬,甜味較出已經有一段時間無遇到呢種咁軟嫰唔黏骨嘅豬肋排!真係可遇不可求🫶🏻 好滿足配埋七味粉菠蘿,少辣解膩𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭✦ Uma Nota Dessert咁豐富嘅甜品拼盤睇見就開心,忍唔住wow咗一聲🫢 有抹茶雪糕同芒果雪葩,抹茶味清香微澀,芒果味自然清新,感覺似自家出品👍🏻 芝士蛋糕意外地有驚喜,濃厚幼滑,加埋野莓酸中帶甜🫐 另一款蛋糕係檸檬慕絲配lady fingers,酸酸甜甜🍋另外仲有新鮮西瓜、哈密瓜、菠蘿、士多啤梨同藍莓,西瓜係有起沙㗎🍉 continue reading
