To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好友最近從外國返港,勁掛住日本菜嘅佢,今晚就帶佢黎到上環嘅「鮨燐」,食返餐高質Omakase聚下先🤭餐廳提供3款dinner sets,我同朋友就揀咗食最貴果個set ($1880/人,另加一),包前菜、7款刺身、2款和食、6種壽司、湯同甜品😁 餐廳環境雖小,但全場坐滿客人,可見餐廳人氣之高👍 想食嘅話就記住訂枱呀~前菜- 日本黃栗米: 粟米粒粒飽滿,而且皮薄,口感清甜爽脆- 花竹蝦、秋葵配柚子麵豉醬: 花竹蝦幾彈牙,食落濃香得黎帶點柚子清香,味道層次豐富- 蕃茄配沖繩水雲: 蕃茄幾鮮甜,水雲黏滑,加入醋酸酸甜甜,好開胃7款刺身- 深海池魚: 肉質鮮嫩細緻,油脂豐腴,入口甘香鮮甜。可以點酸汁或者豉油加wasabi食,能提升魚肉嘅鮮味- 北海道紫針海膽: 原隻新鮮上😍 味道清雅鮮甜、入口即化,令人再三回味好想encore呀!- 沙甸魚: 師傅用紫菜將沙甸魚、黃蘿蔔、紫蘇葉及芽蔥卷起來,整成色彩繽紛嘅沙甸魚卷😋 魚肉鮮美爽甜,食落唔覺得太油膩,反而仲豐富咗口感- 北海道昆布森生蠔: 生蠔肥美飽滿,一啖入口滑溜,配土佐醋啫喱,令生蠔嘅味道更濃厚鮮甜,叫人食指大動- 銀鱈魚: 第一次食刺身級別

共4件,有門鱔、茄子、青椒及蕃薯,都係來自日本不同嘅地區。天婦羅炸得好出色,油溫控制得幾好,咬落香脆而唔油膩。點少少由師傅自家調嘅咖哩鹽更添風味,令人一試愛上😍
