To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🔶大拖羅-顏色粉紅,脂肪比例較高,魚香持而恰到好處的魚油脂,非常甘香,入口即溶

🍣:14貫壽司,如傳統做法由淡至濃,次序及組合皆適當,全部魚片長過飯團,飯粒豐滿圓潤有光澤,紮實不鬆散,相比坊間的,口味方面添加了一點辛辣或酸香,卻又恰到好處,沒有蓋過本身的原味。
