好耐無黎荃灣區覓食,呢日係荃灣廣場行完街,search到呢間貌似新開嘅牛扒餐廳,個名好特別,叫牛県。對摯愛日本食物嘅我毫無抵抗力!入到餐廳睇番餐牌同職員介紹,原來佢係用高溫岩石板放一成熟嘅牛扒,我地可以根據個人喜好調製牛扒嘅生熟度,為左係要呈現最新鮮嘅食材!對我黎講呢個食法都幾新穎~即刻躍躍欲試!餐廳又有好詳盡嘅牛扒部位介紹,包括有牛上腰、牛橫隔膜腹肉、牛側腹等等,而唔同嘅部位都有獨特嘅口感同肉質,好特別!我同朋友分別揀左小牛柳(肩胛小菲力)同牛側腹扒,再加$30蚊就可以加配套餐,可以係飯、薯條、湯、沙律或者飲品入面揀3樣嘢搭配,好抵!😍✨小牛柳(肩胛小菲力)$138/200g 配紅酒牛肉汁店家好貼心為我地準備左圍裙,而牛扒上台時都有用紙蓋好,以防d汁彈到周圍都係,好貼心。講番呢款牛,佢嘅肉比較大同厚身,但完全無筋,切開擺係鐵板都好快熟到,食落口超嫩同埋真係入口即溶!✨牛側腹扒 $128/200g 配阿根廷青醬呢款相比下薄身d,唔需要好耐就可以熟透,同埋呢款肉質煙韌d,會更有嚼口,鮮甜多汁!✨日本A5和牛腹 $98/100g我地最後食到唔夠喉,再追加左呢款A5和牛,真係勁多雪花,望落勁

我地最後食到唔夠喉,再追加左呢款A5和牛,真係勁多雪花,望落勁吸引!同埋呢款係完全自己燒,但好快就熟透,再加埋檸檬汁同佢搭配嘅調味鹽,味蕾又爆發啦~😋
