下班約了朋友去銅鑼灣聚會,選了這間新開的日本餐廳嚐嚐。店內寬敞,以深色和黑色為主調,裝潢頗有格調,環境安靜。內有一間房可與外面區間開來,能看見外面的環境,適合八至十人聚會,坐得舒適又方便聊天。大根漬($38),放在如月光寶盒的大根漬。店員呈上一個盒子,打開是大根漬。大根漬爽口微帶酸味,是一道開胃的前菜。吉列廣島蠔($68),炸得鬆脆的廣島蠔置在蠔殼上,入口鬆化,外脆內軟,保留蠔的鮮味,能嚐到內裏燙熱的蠔汁。頂層有一小團餐廳特調的他他醬,提升吉列蠔的鮮味。吉列玉子黑豚丼($188),黑豚炸得鬆脆,帶點豚肉的嚼勁,比碗還要大。飯香軟,份量頗多,很飽肚。玉子嫩滑,鋪在黑豚下。味道和口感都十分出色。月見厚燒牛舌香蔥𨥏飯($252),份量適中。釜飯是日本一種傳統鍋飯,把白米、湯同食材放入鍋中慢煮,再蓋上木蓋,像香港的煲仔飯。以𨥏盛著的飯有一定的高度,很引人注目,也很適合打卡。厚燒牛舌做得出色,爽口的牛舌在燒過後,帶着一陣牛肉香。牛舌夠厚,煙煙韌韌。飯粒微微煙韌,帶獨特的釜飯香,比丼更好吃。把牛舌與飯和香蔥攪拌,三者的味道混和,變得更惹味。
