鱈魚皮好香脆,魚子醬嘅鹹香有濃郁嘅海鮮味,口感好有層次!

呢款鵝肝嘅烹調法係用蒸,第一次係蒸嘅鵝肝原來係超級好食架!蒸嘅鵝肝比起煎鵝肝更香滑,一d都唔油膩。
配埋黑朱古力卷,朱古力嘅甜味同鵝肝嘅油脂融合,真係好美味啊!

澳洲和牛M8等級嘅牛等於日本A4和牛嘅水準!
5成熟嘅M8牛板腱肉汁鮮嫩,再配埋牡蠣葉沙律同藍芝士醬,食落口更有牛味更juicy!
