放工同同事食飯,介紹左呢間潮州菜。估唔到餐廳的環境都幾舒適,裝潢好中式。一坐低,服務員就沖呢個功夫茶俾我哋,茶好香但我飲唔出係咩茶,之後我哋揀咗菊花茶,個菊花都好香。前菜小食我哋點左海蜇頭,海蜇頭好厚肉,好爽口。食朝州菜當然要食滷水,我們點左「鵝三寶」。有滷水鵝片、鵝腸、鵝肝,仲有滷豆腐。樣樣都好有水準,鵝片好香肉質嫩,鵝腸夠爽脆,鵝肝又大片,好好味。😋再點左個手工潮州菜「清燉荷包鱔」,係咸菜包住舊鱔肉去燉,所以個鱔肉好juice.再加個鹹菜花蛤湯,裡面加埋番茄,減低左鹹菜的咸,少少酸,又有花蛤嘅鮮甜,花蛤又大粒。
