To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中午lunch跟同事去了銅鑼灣時代廣場10樓百樂潮州酒家飲茶。中午生意非常好,服務員忙碌之餘也非常友善有禮。點心小點$32、中點$38、大點$48,點心質素很高。今日主要食點心,香茜叉燒腸夠份量,加少少豉油已經好好食。潮式糯米卷四件,裏面有花生,糯米好香甜。潮式煎韭菜粿,水晶皮包着韭菜口感非常豐富,外皮煎得剛剛好。鮮蝦芋絲春卷熱辣辣上枱,裏面有鮮蝦芋絲,夠脆又香口。甜品是鴛鴦水晶包有六件,有兩個口味,蓮蓉和紅豆餡料,水晶皮夠煙韌,蓮蓉不是很甜,紅豆又有少少陳皮味,兩款都好好食。
