To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 往事不停回味,七月初家人生日,選擇了在科學園新開的酒家慶祝。當晚大約六時半到達酒樓,先開定紅酒唞唞氣,再點了一些小食,先和家人聊聊天。第一道菜是酒家推介的燒腩仔和黑豚肉。上菜擺碟十分不錯。燒腩仔皮脆,油脂和肉的分布恰到好處,而層次分明。黑豚肉的肉質很新鮮。此道簡單的菜,亦做到色香味俱全!等二道菜是羊肚菌燉花膠螺頭雞湯。此湯入口清澈而味道濃郁。重點在於入口後,很有鮮味而一點油份都沒有。此湯又是下次一個必定encore 的菜色。到主角來了,花雕蛋白蒸長脚蟹!這道菜媽媽指定要吃的,好在酒樓經理幫忙找到一隻約六斤重的給我們。好讓家人整晚沉醉在這美味的長腳蟹中!雖然此月份並非是最當做的時候,但慶幸蟹肉亦十分鮮甜。花雕的香味先攻陷我們的嗅覺,而當放進口內,蛋白的柔滑直接將蟹肉的鮮甜再提升至另一境界。三種味道互相襯托,直至融為一體!真的到幾星期後,還是回味無窮!大家吃完長腳蟹後,已經飽了一半。再來一個鮑魚扣鵝掌煲;此道菜亦是功夫菜,鮑魚口感一流,已鵝掌翼扣得軟綿綿,入口即溶!此行家人十分滿足,想不到科學原來有如此高質素的酒家。希望疫情快一點過去,可以和家人朋友再來共享美食就好了!
