今次A先生就book左灣仔呢間~專人席前料理既壽喜燒既專門店🤩~

今晚我地order左:

前菜有四小碟,店員介紹由日本溫室蕃茄沙律🍅開始食起,件蕃茄比一般既甜,食落又多汁清新😍。接住就係帶子刺身再配海藻粉整成既條狀配菜,帶子新鮮加上爽口既海藻條,口感特別😋。之後再食和牛他他,和牛肉加上鵪鶉蛋再配上醬汁,撈勻後入口牛肉鮮嫩❤,有肉味而無渣,呢一小碟實在係唔夠喉😆。最後係爽口既海哲,酸酸地咁入口非常開胃👍👍👍。

本來未入餐廳之前都唔算太肚餓,但食完呢四碟前菜之後,真係胃口大開,準備好迎接主菜和牛壽喜燒🤤🤤🤤!

兩款牛肉同時上枱,睇油花同牛肉既紋路當然係A5既神戶牛靚好多,頭一件我地都揀咗要生少少🤏既。店員熟練👩‍🍳既手勢好快就將牛肉煮好,先食既係神戶牛,A5神戶牛油脂豐富香味十足,入口軟滑無渣,配合店家唔太甜既壽喜燒汁,真係入口即溶咁好好食🤤。再蘸埋日本生食用既蛋汁🥚,入口再滑啲同多咗蛋香味,又係另一種滋味👍❤。至於黑毛和牛赤身肉就肉味多少少,無咁油脂豐富,其實本身都好好食,但喺神戶牛既比較之下,當然係有所不及。

食壽喜燒既時候會送上白飯🍚,店員建議我地每人先要半碗先,唔夠可以再加⬆️。日本米煮得粒粒分明又有米香,再配合和牛壽喜燒,半碗本身真係唔夠,但始終都要留肚食蔬菜同埋烏冬,所以都無再添飯😌。

食完一塊生少少既牛之後,另外一塊我地就要熟少少🤏,店員會煎得焦香多一啲,入口又係另一種感覺。A先生就比較喜歡熟少少既焦香味😋;而為食妙妙就喜歡生少少既油香感覺😋。

除咗蛋汁之外,店方亦都有提供青檸同埋枱面上既三款調味粉去調味,不過我地都覺得就咁蘸蛋汁已經好好食。

食到咁上下店員會用壽喜燒汁再加鰹魚湯煮蔬菜,呢度要讚一讚一店員細心咁排好蔬菜喺個鍋度🥘,按返要煮既程度去排好,先去開火煮。蔬菜新鮮又吸收咗湯底既味道,可以平衡返牛肉既油膩感。

食到呢度其實都已經飽飽地,但仲有烏冬等緊我地,店員用返同樣煮蔬菜既壽喜燒汁加鰹魚湯煮,烏冬煮過後入味又飽肚,食到呢度已經係十成飽🤠。

最後甜品係抹茶蕨餅、日本和果子同埋十勝紅豆蓉🫘,店員介紹都係跟返呢個先後次序食,蕨餅煙煙韌韌又有抹茶香;和果子入面係豆沙,香甜好食;十勝紅豆蓉仲有粒粒既紅豆食到,對於A先生呢個紅豆控嚟講份量實在太少🤣。
甜品時店員會換過另一杯白川茶去配返,呢個又係店方既一個細心位👍👍👍。
