食完好味嘅前菜,就到主角嘅燒肉喇。怕燒得唔好浪費咗啲靚肉嘅話,可以請店員幫手。店員亦會為你提供最佳食法同次序。我哋先食咗西式厚切熟成牛扒,跟住到和牛橫膈膜肉、之後到和牛牛舌,而最後就係熟成醬油牛肋肉。四款肉嘅味道同口感都唔同。厚切熟成牛扒肉質軟嫩肉味勁香濃。牛橫膈膜肉肉質柔軟,油花分布均勻,香得嚟唔油膩,肉味濃烈。牛舌分別有厚切同薄切兩款,肉質柔軟且多汁。熟成醬油牛肋肉肉嘅滋味濃郁,肥肉部分也不少,咬起嚟濃厚,而且肉吸收哂醬油嘅鮮味。

食完燒肉,中間就加插額外點嘅韓國鰻魚。韓式燒鰻魚同日式非常唔一樣,唔會經過調味就直接火燒,除咗品嘗到鰻魚嘅肥美,外皮燒到酥脆,真正感受外酥內軟。

食完哂燒物,中間嚟一啲開胃小菜,跟住就再食平壤冷麵同大醬湯配飯。冷麵非常彈牙、大醬湯相當之鮮甜好味。

最後我哋仲叫咗甜品食。蜂蜜蛋糕非常之甜,而且仲有一塊原板蜂蜜喺度。特濃芝士蛋糕芝士味超香,中意食芝士蛋糕嘅朋友一定要試。
