To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日唔知點解心血來潮突然間好想食素，可能全年食得太多肉罪孽太深😂，出去尖沙咀就揀咗響尖沙咀金馬倫道嘅。食個lunch，睇介紹見到佢嘅午市選擇好多，賣相仲好精緻，而且可以任意配搭，前菜，湯，主食同埋甜品，咁多花款啱晒我。餐廳裝修都幾特別，紫色配白色，顏色令人開心地方都幾大，坐得舒適，而且服務都幾細心，侍應會主動同你講，你嘅咖啡同埋甜品會等你食完主菜再幫你上，食完每樣野亦好快會幫你收拾，值得一讚。是日午餐一人前✨套餐可自由配搭，我點嘅食物總共 $136 咁多嘢食真係好抵食✨🫕▪️甘筍薯仔椰菜花忌廉薑湯 🥖▪️香脆法包餐湯非常夠熱，我最怕係唔熱嘅餐湯，蔬菜味濃郁，好Creamy ，而且帶有薑既嘅清香，餐湯黎講質素非常高，加埋即焗嘅香脆香草法包，非常完美👍🏻👍🏻🧆▪️泰式鳳梨炒飯配沙嗲串燒主菜點左呢個炒飯，好多配料，菠蘿，甜椒等素菜材料，帶少少辣好惹味，而且炒得夠乾身，面頭鋪咗素肉鬆甜甜地，加埋啲飯一齊食好好食，另外串燒仿真度極高，好似食緊豬肉咁，沙嗲醬汁亦好香花生醬味，好鍾意食呢個飯👍🏻👍🏻🌰🍰▪️栗子千層班戟呢個蛋糕實在太抵食，只需要加$28，但質素非常高，每層班戟皮包住香濃嘅栗子蓉
