前菜水雲菜 - 酸酸地 醒胃 令成餐飯有個好嘅開始螢光魷魚配面豉醬 - 有口感麵豉醬調味啱啱好 唔會搶咗魷魚嘅鮮味 燒腩肉 - 薄片相對鹹啲 燒完可能逼過啲油份 食落仲冇咁油添刺身深海池魚腩 - 超級肥美 我好鍾意食油脂豐富嘅魚類所以覺得好正依佐木 (雞魚) - 最有驚喜 超新鮮肉質好彈牙 吞拿魚正常 不過不失壽司鯛魚黑松露黑松露同鯛魚又幾夾喎本身覺得鯛魚冇乜味配咗黑松露反而帶咗佢嘅鮮味出嚟沙甸魚肉質唔錯 正常發揮由於已調味 所以基本上用Wasabi豉油都OK蜆湯好濃味嘅清湯但感覺唔係味精主菜前飲湯清一清是常識吧燒銀鱈魚脆皮 啱啱好個人本身偏好銀鱈魚所以覺得好好味不過如果可以再厚身少少就更好啦我覺得食落個口感會再好啲蟹腳汁燒 個汁好稠 蟹腳好厚肉調味剛好帶出蟹腳嘅甜又唔會搶咗鮮味牛肉好香牛味 又夠腍身唔會煮得好老 冇筋軟而有牛味煙肉蛋炒飯正常發揮炒飯粒粒分明蔬菜同甜品蔬菜正常甜品係類似冰粉嘅質感凍凍地又唔會過甜👍🏼為成個餐畫上完美嘅句號
