先講白粟米, 坊間普遍都係生食但今日師傅就特登用左天婦羅形式去處理, 出面脆漿夠薄內裡又仍然保持到非常juicy.

白蝦第3食就係海老真丈, 食到滿滿蝦膠之餘食落又有種fluffy同空氣感, 又係另1個大推之作

每款壽司都非常好味, 其中佐賀既墨魚bb壽司, 師傅更加話係一年只有兩個星期可以食到, 非常罕有. 而大吞拿魚腩師傅特別加咗小許鹽係壽司入面去中和返個油膩感, 亦令口感更加豐富.
