To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次是第一次去這間酒店食自助晚餐，非常抵食，因為是買一送一，所以覺得 CP 值非常高。有生而且很大隻，每人限取兩隻，但不用排很久，職員很快手，很快就取到。有燒牛舌，非常好食，仲有鴨肝，7:30pm 後才有，要排隊一陣，就能取到。豬腳薑超入味，好好味，其他熟食雖然種類不多，但品質很好。有蟹脚，蝦和麵包蟹等等，品質都好好。每人有一隻大閘蟹，好多膏。甜品種類不多，有沙翁，黑森林蛋糕，什果蛋糕，非常好食。雪糕是 Haagen dazs 和 Coco berry。這間酒店有支裝汽水，橙汁，檸檬茶，咖啡等等。職員好有禮貌，收碟快，我們很好彩，兩個人比了張圓枱，非常大而且近取食物地方，非常方便取食物。
